He previously worked at the Chambers of a Senior Advocate, in the Litigation Team at S&R Associates in Delhi and at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in London. He is qualified as an Advocate in India and as a Solicitor in England and Wales.

Mr. Ajay Jugran
Mr. Jugran graduated in law in 1988 and began his career in the same year as Corporate Counsel with a large listed company engaged in export and trading activities. Thereafter, from 1990 to 1993, he worked extensively in litigation and arbitration, while being associated with one of the top Senior Advocates of the Supreme Court of India and later with a leading law firm of New Delhi. In September 1993, he was retained by Arthur Andersen & Co., the then largest of the Big-6 global accounting firms, to work for them and their Oil & Gas, Mining, and infrastructure clients on an exclusive basis.
