Mr. Ajay Jugran - Partner

Mr. Ajay Jugran graduated in law in 1988 and began his career in the same year as Corporate Counsel with a large listed company engaged in export and trading activities. Thereafter, from 1990 to 1993, he worked extensively in litigation and arbitration, while being associated with one of the top Senior Advocates of the Supreme Court of India and later with a leading law firm of New Delhi.

In September 1993, he was retained by Arthur Andersen & Co., the then largest of the Big-6 global accounting firms, to work for them and their Oil & Gas, IT, communication & entertainment and infrastructure clients on an exclusive basis.

In June 1998, he ended his retained Legal Counsel relationship with this firm and launched Lawcombine Advocates, previously known as A. Jugran & Co. His long-standing clients include reputed corporates like Nokia, Technip Coflexip, Pernod Ricard, Chupa Chups, Geopetrol, CPS Color, Hughes, Volvo, BJ Services etc.

Mr. Vikas Pant - Jr. Associate Partner (Delhi, Litigation, Consumer Affairs & IPR)

Mr. Vikas Pant graduated in law in the year 2002. While pursuing law, he gained two years of valuable experience while working with a New Delhi based law firm and secured a Certificate of Merit for his outstanding performance in International Trade and Business Laws from the Indian Society of International Law.

He specializes in contentious and non-contentious matters relating to consumer law, trademarks, copyright and patents and commercial contracts involving the same. He has acted for and advised many reputed entities including Nokia, Kamada, Dabon, Chupa Chups, Technip Coflexip, Pernod Ricard etc.

Mr. Jay Mishra - Associate (FDI, Contracts & Corporate Law)

Mr. Jay Mishra graduated in law in the year 2002 and joined the firm the same year. He specializes in company law and foreign exchange regulations and commercial contracts involving the same. He has acted for and advised many reputed entities including CPS Color, Guetermann, Springhill Management, Panacea, Dalmia Care, WFI Inc, BJ Services etc.

Mr. Ajith A. Shetty - Associate (Litigation, Contracts &IPR)

Mr. Ajith A. Shetty was enrolled with the Bar Council of India in the year 2001. In about 4 years of practice, he has the experience of having handled matters before various forums, including the High Court of Karnataka, Civil Courts, Magistrate's & Sessions Courts, District Consumer Forums, State Consumer Commission, Medical Council and various other quasi-judicial authorities. He specializes in Civil Procedure, Contract Law and IPR matters.

Ms. Amongla Angami - Associate (RE, Consumer Affairs & IPR)

Ms. Amongla Angami graduated in law in 2001 and was admitted to the Bar in the same year. Thereafter, she began working as a trial court lawyer on the civil side under a senior counsel in New Delhi. During 2002-2003, she worked with a New Delhi based law firm, focussing on real estate, consumer protection, IPRs and related litigation. She has also earned a Diploma in International Trade from the Indian Law Institute in 2003.

Mr. Vipin Choudhary graduated in law in the year 2003 and joined the firm in the same year.
